costs
Delivery costs are the same
for all the countries of the European Union. We have 2 different transport
costs : 25 EUR / 18 GBP for the bigger items (>15 kgs) and 15
EUR / 10 GBP for the smaller pieces (<15 kgs).
If you buy more than one item,
it is possible to have a reduction of the delivery costs. The amount
of the reduction is of course dependent on the quantity of items ordered
and on their total weight. If you want to know exactly how much the
shipping costs will be before buying, don’t hesitate to ask us at info@directhomedesign.be.
It is also possible to come
and pick up the items yourself from our office.
- Delivery via
our carrier
We send your order by carrier
at the latest 5 business days after the reception of your payment. To
guarantee you an optimal delivery, we work exclusively with UPS.
Once the item has been left
with our carrier, we will send a confirmation email. Delivery to your
address will normally take place between 1 and 3 days later depending
on the destination. If you want to receive the tracking number of UPS,
please let us know it in advance.
Delivery is made to the shipping
address mentioned in your order. If you are not at home during the day
(9am – 5pm), please provide us with a delivery address where someone
will be present (neighbour, friends, parents, work address, …).
When you receive your products,
please check the packaging carefully. You should refuse a damaged item
or at least mention your doubts on the transport note via the message
“content under restriction of control”. In case you product is damaged
or flawed, you have to report it to us within 48 hours after reception
of the product.
Pick-up at Direct Home Design
office
You can choose to pick up your
order yourself at our office. In that case, you can pay us in advance
by one of our payment methods or pay us in cash at that moment. The
time frames available for pick-up will be mentioned when your order
is completed.
