The payment is expected within 7 days after finalizing your order. An invoice will be supplied upon request to directhomedesign@scarlet.be.   

The following payment modes are available: 

1. Electronic payment via the secured platform "Ogone":

2. Payment by bank transfer:

     For your information :all European bank transfers are FREE.

                  For that purpose, you should always use the option

     "european bank transfer – divided / shared expenses"

     and there will be no fee for you and even for the person receiving the amount. 
 

As soon as we receive your payment on our bank account, we send you an email to confirm the receipt of your payment. The normal delay to receive a national bank transfer is 1 to 3 days. For an international bank transfer, the delay varies between 2 and 5 days.  

3. Pick-up by yourself and cash payment at pick-up:

You can choose to pick up your order yourself at our office and to pay us at that moment. In that case, please note that the payment can only be made in cash as we have no electronic bankcard terminal available at our office. 

4. Unavailable payment mode:

Given the high fees linked to their manual treatment, we cannot accept payments by cheques.
